Well, have you missed me? I know I know, I have been gone FOREVER....I really must apologize to all the people I abandoned on here...Once I got back from deployment, I sort of lost my inspiration for art and all things art related... I blame it on the adjustment period back to "normal" life. Well, that and World of Warcraft... an evil, life consuming, addictive game. (Hit me up on the Gilneas server...the name is Wolphmagus)I can't completely escape the art bug though, I have been feeling the itch from it growing over the last month or two and I can't ignore it any longer. It will be a sort of slow process to build back up to how active I was on here while I was deployed, but I would love to get back to it. I plan on getting the wife and I out on some photography adventures in the near future, so you can look forward to that in the coming weeks. In other news...I have selected my shore duty orders. This coming April I will be headed off to Everett, Washington for the next 3 years. I really can't wait. Being on sea duty and being stationed on the ship I am on is draining my soul away... I really can't stand it anymore... I think if it wasn't for my wife I would have lost my sanity a long time ago. Hard to believe that I have been stationed on the same ship for nearly 5 years now. It has drained me so much so that I STILL have photos that I took on my one year wedding anniversary trip to Maui back in June that I have yet to even look through, let alone post on here yet. Although, I have built a beast of a computer since I have been on here last. For you techies out there, here are some of the specs:

I'm definitely loving it. I know it's a bit overkill, but I'm thinking of adding another GTX280 to put me in Tri-SLI. I dunno, we'll see on that. I definitely need to get photoshop on this monster. Unfortunately I lost my disc with CS3 on it... I feel so out of the loop though...I hear it is up to CS4 now. I don't feel like shelling out the major dollars for it though. Hopefully I can find that disc or find another copy of CS3 for cheap. Well, I think I'm going to leave things at this for now.. I can't promise an overnight change to my absence on here, the Navy still keeps me busy these days, but I can promise that I will do my best to get back on the DA bandwagon. Here's to hoping that you guys will forgive me and still check me out from time to time.
